License terms

Non-exclusive licenses

MP3, WAV and Trackout licenses are non-exclusive. Bigshinna may continue to license the same beat to multiple customers, unless exclusivity has been separately agreed in writing.

What is allowed

You may use the beat for your own songs, releases, music videos, social posts, performances and streaming within the chosen license. Credit Bigshinna where reasonably and technically possible.

What is not allowed

You may not resell, share, upload as a sample pack, sublicense, give away or claim beats, stems, loops, MIDI files or trackouts as a fully self-produced work.

Content ID and claims

Content ID, automatic claims or similar registrations are not allowed without written permission, as this may block other legitimate license holders.

Exclusive license

Exclusive licenses are only valid if confirmed in writing. Existing non-exclusive licenses remain valid when a beat is later sold exclusively.

Digital delivery

Private WAV and trackout files are only delivered via backend download routes. Public previews are tagged MP3 files.

General terms

Ordering

An order consists of the chosen product, the chosen license where applicable, the total price incl. 21% VAT and the chosen payment method. Check these details before paying.

Payment

Payment is processed via Stripe. The checkout button clearly states that you enter into a payment obligation.

Conformity and support

Digital products must function as reasonably expected based on the product information. Contact us for download issues via info@bigshinna.nl.

Complaints

Complaints can be sent to info@bigshinna.nl or the complaints address on the contact page. We respond within 14 days. Not affiliated with a dispute body.

Liability and law

Bigshinna is not liable for damage caused by use outside the license or by incorrect customer details. Dutch law applies to agreements.

Right of withdrawal

14 days cooling-off period

Consumers in principle have a 14-day right of withdrawal for online purchases. You can notify us within this period that you wish to cancel the agreement.

Exception for immediate digital delivery

If you explicitly give permission for immediate digital delivery at checkout and acknowledge that you thereby lose the right of withdrawal, the download or access can start immediately.

Model form for cancellation

Send a message to info@bigshinna.nl with your name, order number, email address used at checkout, product, order date and the text: "I withdraw my agreement for this order."

Withdrawal button

A separate online withdrawal button is being prepared. The legal obligation for this button starts on 19 June 2026.
